Polycarbonate Optics
PCB mounted LED technology comprised of multi-cluster LED's on single metal core board, Color temperature options of 3000K, 4000K and 5700K with CRI of 70 minimum.Polycarbonate prismatic optics ensure longevity and minimize dirt depreciation. Zero uptight optics reduce sky glow and meets Dark Sky requirements. Our special polycarbonate optics provide overlapping pattern on application space eliminating dark spots. The use of ultrawide angled polycarbonate optics provides high application efficacy, uniformity, and glare control, with more uniformed light distribution, especially over wide areas and spaces.
Rugged Construction
Rugged die cast, low copper content aluminum housing is powder coated for durability and corrosion resistance. Rigorous pre-treating and painting process yields a finish that achieves longer lifespan for the fixture. Two bolt horizontal arm mount with 180 degree vertical adjustment provides 3G vibration rating per ANSI C136.
Thermal Heat Dissipation
Although LEDs are cool to the touch, within the fixture itself, there is plenty of heat that needs to be dissipated for effective thermal management.
