  1. For Quicker delivery always mention your street address to avoid confusion. The more exact address you mention quicker is the delivery.

  2. The maximum delivery time limit is 10 days. If you have taken all the steps correctly, and we have received the payment from your service provider, then you will receive your delivery within the specified time. 

  3. Do mention your contact number. Checking for any damages at the time of receiving freight is also the customer’s responsibility. 

  4. Before signing the delivery receipt, check the product for any damage, or make sure it is as you expected. In case the customer forgets to do so, he/she would be liable for the mishappening. 

  5. As soon as the item is handed over to you, open the cartons immediately. In case of concealed damage, retain the carton and contact us ASAP.

Note: If the product damaged in transit, delivery partners are liable for it. To let us know about any incident, call 740-697-5223 to speak to a representative to request an inspection or to initiate a freight claim. Inside-delivery options are not provided by our carriers. 

  1. We do not Ship to outside the US. So, we request the International buyers to kindly double-check before placing an order.

    - Item is out of stock;
    - Number of items in the cart more than specified limit
