Returns Policy

How to Set Up a Return Online

  1. Click on the 'Find My Order' button below.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  4. Choose your preferred return method: prepaid shipping label or drop-off at a local store.
  5. Print your return label and packing slip.
  6. Pack your item(s) securely and attach the label to the outside of the package.

Return Policy Details

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Some exclusions apply, including clearance items, personalized products, and hazardous materials.

Note: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days. FREE on orders over $49.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery. Available for select items.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by clicking the button below and entering your order details.

Order Modifications

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to make changes.

Tip: If your payment is declined, verify that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer, and ensure your card has sufficient funds.

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS and select carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options are limited for these destinations.

Note: Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous 48 states only. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders.

Shipping to Canada

We offer shipping to Canada on select items. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery.

Duties & Customs

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by Canadian customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Return shipping costs from Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Many products sold on our store come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Please refer to the documentation included with your purchase or the product listing page for specific warranty details.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Locate your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
  2. Contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided in your product documentation.
  3. If you're unable to reach the manufacturer, contact our support team and we'll help facilitate the process.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Important: Our store is the authorized retailer for all products listed. Your purchase qualifies for full manufacturer warranty coverage.
